How better am I to create content for companies moving forward?

When I evaluate myself based on my ability to make or curate content for companies, I would say I feel more confident in my ability to do that than I was 12 weeks ago, which is precisely when I started this blog section. I have learned and practiced many skills to do my job and do it fast because content needs you to produce them quickly.

So what have I learned that I am confident about that makes me sure?

  1. I have learned to effectively use the tools I need to do my job from Canva and several CMS platforms like Wix, WordPress, web-flow, and Bevy. I have also learned to transfer my current knowledge of managing all these platforms to understanding how to use any CMS tool out there.

2. My typing skills have improved, and this is the story behind it. I was unconsciously typing one day when a friend sitting close to me called me and pointed out that my typing speed had greatly improved. I was surprised, and guess what? He has watched me for over 20 minutes while I run my hands endlessly over my keyboard. Well, I think it is normal for ones typing speed to improve as a result of constant typing, so for me, it is a plus.

3. Another essential thing I have improved on, which I consider a huge advantage, is how I have normalized sitting in front of the laptop for hours. That is a plus because to be a great writer requires patience and focus, which I have learned in these few weeks. I am confident in my ability to carry out any tasks related to digital communication. I love it, and I think I will be doing it for a very long time.
